Create a new return request to initiate the recovery process for a device.
It is recommended to provide the IMEI and/or serial number of the device to enable compliance tracking for the device.
Custom print label messages may be provided using the ReturnLabelReference and/or OutboundLabelReference tags.
Messages may be truncated due to length restrictions by carrier.
