These grids offer insights into different aspects of your devices' journey, from tracking their return status, detailed processing information, to compliance checks.

Here's a breakdown:

Tracking Grid View

This grid view focuses on monitoring the return journey of the devices, allowing users to:

  • Monitor the status of devices during their return process.
  • Quickly identify which devices are in transit, received, or are delayed.

Status Column: Displays the current status of the device's return journey, such as 'In Transit', 'Received', 'Delayed', etc.

Device ID: Unique identifier for each device to track its progress.
Expected Return Date: Predicted date when the device should return.
Actual Return Date: Date when the device was actually returned.

Export: Export the current grid data into a CSV or Excel file for offline analysis.

Processing Grid View

This view dives deep into the specifics of each physical asset:

  • Understand the quality and status of returned devices.

  • Confirm data erasure and compliance through certificates.

  • Assess the physical and functional grading of devices.
    Features

  • Device Grading: Classification of the device's physical condition, e.g., 'A', 'B', 'C'.

  • Certificate of Data Erasure: A link or attachment confirming that the device's data has been securely erased.

  • Photos: Thumbnails or links to photographs showcasing the device's condition.

  • Make & Model: Specific details about the device's brand and model.

  • Serial Number: Unique serial number of the device.

  • IMEI: International Mobile Equipment Identity for mobile devices.

    Filter: Use filters to quickly find devices based on make, model, grade, etc.

Idle (Compliance) Grid View

This view aids in ensuring timely actions on device returns and compliance:

  • Identify devices that are yet to be acted upon or returned.

  • Streamline the process by focusing on areas that need attention.

    Request Date: When the return or action request was initiated.
    Days Idle: The number of days since the request with no action taken.
    Device ID: Unique identifier to cross-reference with other grids.
    User Details: Information about the user who is responsible for the device.
    Actions:
    Filter: Quickly filter and identify high-priority devices based on their idle duration.
    Send Reminder: Directly send a reminder to the user to take necessary action.
    Export: Get a list of all idle devices for record-keeping and offline follow-ups.
