Depending on your configured Auth Methods your first login may be one of two options.

• Username/Password: Either you are the bootstrap user or you were invited into an organization that is using Username/Password as the default Auth method.
• SSO Authentication: In this case you will gain access to the organization through your IdP.

Username / Password Authentication Flow

You will be invited to the organization by an internal organization administrator or an Apkudo Customer Experience Representative.

Your welcome email will include a personal link that will reference your unique invitation for a specific organization.

After clicking Accept Invitation within that email, prompts will guide you through required next steps for configuring a password or continuing with single sign on (SSO).

If not using SSO, a secure password will be required to proceed, which will include:

• At least 12 characters
• At least 3 of the following:
• Lowercase (a-z) and uppercase (A-Z) letters
  Numbers (0-9)
• Special characters (e.g. !@#$%^&*)

Once through the initial steps, bookmarking the Apkudo Dashboard or referencing your invitation will be the most direct route to access your account.

A login button is also available at the top of apkudo.com. Note: Following this route will require you to specify your unique Apkudo Organization Name. If unknown, this can be validated with your Apkudo Customer Success contact or submitting a ticket at https://www.apkudo.com/recover/support.
