User Settings

The Recover Software has pre-defined roles that can be associated to users.

• Administrator - Access to all Recover Software functionality including program administration and settings, like user management, for an individual customer.
• Manager - Access to initiate recovery requests within programs and see all data for the programs they're attached to. No access to administrator settings.
• Operator - Access to make new requests in programs they have access to, without access to read further data like finances or historical details.
• Settlement Administrator - With a focus on leasing programs, this role has the ability to manage the financial details of the settlement report. The role includes a customer level view of all closed programs.
