Unlocking

Apkudo's Recover Software tracks devices that need to be unlocked and serves as an intermediary between the endpoint management system and the processor. You will need to utilize the UI or the API and incorporate the Recover Software in your workflow. Keep in mind, there may be implications to unlocking a device so you will want to make sure your device is properly unenrolled or unlocked before sending the command to the Recover Software.

Once a device is deemed to be unlocked, the processor will pick the device and proceed down the processing line. If the device is still locked, a charge may be incurred.
