Instructions

1. Disable Find My iPhone or Android
2. Place the return label over the label already on the box
3. Package your device in bubble wrap or protective material, so your device is secure.
4. Drop off your package at a nearby FedEx or FedEx Office location.

Apple iOS: Click Your Apple ID > Sign Out > Enter Apple ID Password

Android: Settings > Accounts > Remove [Personal] Account

Safe Packing Tips

• Place the shipping label on the corrugated box and follow the instructions.
• Place single device under designated film (for individual shipments) or bulk devices in designated slots (for bulk shipments)
• Apply (3) pieces of tape to seal the top flap to the bottom of the box.
