Request Reminders

Scheduled Recovery Request Reminders

Users with administrator level access for programs can control the cadence of scheduled end user reminders within the software. This is an optional setting within the Edit Program or New Program modal of the Admin Settings section (Admin Settings > Configuration > Program).

Without this setting being active, reminders can be triggered manually from the Idle grid once recovery requests have been active for 14 days without end user action.

Reminder Intervals

  • Timelines begin when an individual recovery request is generated.
  • Set Schedule Interval 1 will control how long to wait after the initial recovery request is generated before sending a Employee Managed Return reminder to the end user. Each of these intervals can be set to 3, 7, 14, or 30 days. The reminder will contain the same content as the initial recovery request.
  • Set Schedule Interval 2 controls how long to wait after the first reminder, before sending another reminder if no action has been taken.
  • Set Schedule Interval 3 controls how long to wait after the second reminder, before sending another reminder if no action has been taken.
  • After these three attempts, the Idle grid reporting allows for a more direct follow up with the end user. Non-compliance timing for when these are displayed on the Idle grid is controlled by the Reco Duration setting in Program configuration options of the Admin section.
